EMP Delivery Policy
We aim to
deliver the Product to you normally in 2-4 working days following
the payment date of your order.
We will
deliver the Product to the shipping address supplied by you via
email to us and as displayed in our invoice to you. Please check the
delivery address stated on the invoice from EMP as this will be the
address we deliver your product(s) too. EMP is not responsible for
failed deliveries deriving from incorrect data for delivery supplied
by you. An additional charge will be incurred if delivery has
to be rerouted, thus redelivered. The additional charge is payable
prior to redelivery.
If you have
not received the delivery within 7 working days after the delivery
period, please inform us. We will attempt to resolve the non
delivery and keep you informed.
We will not
be responsible for any losses whatsoever due to a delayed delivery.
Further we are not responsible for deadlines with 3rd party
companies - leaflet distributors, newspapers and the like. We will
not be responsible for any loss of trade or profit occurring to you
as a result of the Product getting lost in transit.
We will
reprint the lost items upon evidence of the courier company having
lost the parcel containing your product(s) and that we are satisfied
that no delivery has actually taken place.
Risk in the
Product passes to you on delivery of the Product to you.
